“When do I need to service my Land Rover?” Is a question you should be asking yourself whether you own a new or used Land Rover model vehicle. The service schedule in this guide is aimed to provide a general schedule for most Land Rover models. Always check with your service provider that you are on the correct service schedule for your vehicle specifically.
Several variables such as quality of fuel, quality of replacement fluids and parts, how you drive, what model vehicle you drive and where you drive can all impact your service schedule.

General Land Rover Maintenance Schedule
7,500 Mile Service
Every 7,500 miles, your Land Rover vehicle should receive the following maintenance:
- Oil and Oil Filter Replacement
- Tire Rotation
- Tire Pressure and Wear Check – Replace Tires When Necessary
- Fluid Check
15,000 Mile Service
In addition to your 7,500 mile services, your Land Rover vehicle should receive the following inspections and maintenance at 15K miles:
Inspections (Replace if Necessary):
- Brake System
- Cooling System Fluid Levels
- Drive Belts
- Exhaust System
- Exterior Lighting
- On-Board Diagnostic System
- Power Steering System Fluid Levels
- Windshield Washer Fluid
Replace:
- Crankcase Oil Filter
- Cabin Air Filter
- Windshield Wipers
30,000 Mile Service
In addition to your routine 7,500 and 15,000 mile services, your Land Rover vehicle should receive the following maintenance and inspections every 30K miles:
- Brake System Fluid Change
- Suspension Inspection – Replace Components When Necessary
- Wiring Harness Inspection – Replace When Necessary
- Steering System Inspection – Replace When Necessary
- Power Steering Hose Inspection – Replace When Necessary
- Fuel Line Inspection
- Driveshaft Inspection
- Brake Line and Hose Inspection
